The search engines love blogs. Blogs are updated content. Blogs are human edited content.
There are always bad people out there trying to trick the search engines. Why do I call these bad people ?
Search engines exist to serve the public domain. The public expects to be able to go to the search engine and use it just like a library. You go into a library and you search for books about automobiles… you expect to find books like that… and you will find books like that.
Now, imagine if there were people who would infiltrate the library and place their advertisements trying to sell you stuff into the books slots… so that when you went to find your book on classic cars, instead you got a big bunch of advertisements trying to sell you parts… but, no books on classic cars… how upset would you be ?
Well, this is what these black hat SEO people are like… nice people go to search engines, and try to find information about classic cars… and instead of getting to sites with that information, they are tricked into going to a site that is just full of advertisements…
and, this is why search engines love blogs… blogs are real time, up to date, human edited content… answering questions, and providing real stuff to real people…
so blog away bloggers and search engines… keep giving us the love!
